curtain tracks

Post by lyndel »

We are looking for a brown front facing curtain track similar to the swish furniglyde to replace the wide plastic track we have on LYNDEL at present and we cannot find it anywhere in this colour. Can anyone help us in our quest or can anyone suggest an alternative(possibly pelmets)? ???

curtain tracks

Hi Derek..many years ago I used to work for a firm called "Rufflette"..the curtain people, they used to cover the front of their track with a fablon type of adhesive strip in many colours and shades. I remember that there was a teak wood grain effect that looked pretty good when I added some to my track on my first boat many moons ago. Not sure whether this is available anywhere, but cutting fablon strips off a sheets might be an idea for you..best of luck whatever you do...
