Fuel Tank and Consumption

Hi All

We have just purchased our Nauticus and are starting the refurbishment, the old petrol galvanised petrol tank has holes in the bottom so i am looking for a new one, does anyone have any idea where to get one ive been advised they have to be Stainless Steel or Plastic is this correct?, also i would like to know what the fuel consumption should be on the 1100 Watermota engine, we are currentley running it on a 5 litre can and seem to be getting about 2 hours running out of it which i feel is a bit high, can anyone advise on this.
