Navigation Lights

Post by jimfin »

Hi All
I'm looking for side Navigation lights. The ones I'm looking for are the ones that look like they came off a VW Beetle. They were either side lights or indicator lights and were bolted to the top of the front wing.
I'm replaceing mine and when I cleaned things away I could see the shape of the original that was fitted from the shaded part of the gel coat.
Want to get this type to cover up the original holes in the gelcoat.

Hi

I managed to get a a nice pair that covered the holes from ebay for mum and dad's 22. They are like item 12 on this link http://www.chandleryworld.co.uk/cgi-bin/ss000001.pl?SS=navigation+light&PR=-1&TB=A&SHOP=
but were chrome and really heavy. Your idea of beetle indicators sounds a good one if you can get the right lenses.

Hi

Here is a website where you can buy these in chrome. As I said, they are really heavy and good value when compared to the tinny things on offer out there.

www.aquafax.co.uk

All the best
