Just a follow up on the weight. My 27 footer weighed in at almost 1.75 tons with empty water and fuel tank, and 2 h/d batteries. however it did have a 2.2 ltr peugot deisel engine in it which was a heavy bugger. Incidently if youre replacing the smaller side windows (toilet/galley area) the fitting isn't easy, so be prepared to be patient with it.
