nauticus 27 maintenance

Hi all
I own a nauticus 27 footer serial 146 build date 1974 called Highlander
I have had this lovely craft for 3 years, and am looking to take it out of the water to assess\clean the hull and change z drive oil. it has original watermota cross flow 1100 petrol engine which runs fine.
currently moored on the GU near gayton junction.
does anyone have any recomendations of best/cheapest place to take this out of the water? how much does it weigh? any advice on hull gratefully received, im guessing a coat of antifoul below water and plenty of wax polish above should keep it water worthy.
