Trapped Water

Hi All
I'm doing a few jobs to Jimfin on the trailer outside the house. I noticed that the inside floor was wet and was not drying out.
After a good look around, I noticed that there is a bulkhead at the bottom of the steps going into the cabin area. I then looked to see if there was an access point anywhere in the cabin area, but could not find any.
So I drilled an 8mm hole at the bottom of the bulkhead to see if any water came out. Boy did water come out. I think I would have taken out about 15 Gal.
I think this water had built up over the years through leaks in the windows. I will be replacing all the rubber seals in my windows.
Just thought I'd pass the info along.
